They then provide detailed reports about the experience they had to enable companies to train and motivate staff to offer a positive customer experience to each customer and to make operational adjustments to improve the customer experience.

How does On-Q Mystery Shopping work?

It's simple, just select your industry, choose your business type, and tell us a bit about your business, and select the number of reports you'd like to order. After that, we'll ask for you to enter your credit card information for billing. Once that's done we'll send one of our professional mystery shoppers to evaluate your location(s) within two weeks of your order, and email you a detailed report within 48 hours of the evaluation.

 

How much does it cost?

Well, the cost can vary slightly depending on the type of industry you are in and the type of questionnaire that works for your business. The total can also vary depending on the number of locations you select that you want us to review. However, the price per shop begins at only $37.00 per report! A very small investment considering how much your business stands to benefit from this important research. And don't worry, you'll have an opportunity to approve the total amount of your order before we charge your card.

 

Can I get reports on more than one location?

Yes, we can dispatch our mystery shoppers to one location or 1,000 to anywhere in the US or Canada. In fact, we even have international agents should you requite them.

 

When will I receive my report?

We'll send one of our professional mystery shoppers to evaluate your location(s) within two weeks of your order, and email you a detailed report within 48 hours of the evaluation.

 

What if I don't see my type of business listed?

If you don't see your particular type or category if business represented on our site, you can select the 'general retail' category. This means that we'll use our standard questionnaire that applies to most retail businesses for your mystery shop. If you feel that you'd prefer a customized questionnaire, please feel free to contact us for a quotation.

What happens if I'm not satisfied?

We're confident that you'll find the insight we provide valuable, but if for some reason you don't, we're happy to help. If you're not happy with our service, simple send us a letter explaining why you're not satisfied within 14 days of receipt of your report, and we'll refund your order.
